How we handle your information.

1. Who we are

Baker Golf Performance ("we," "us," "our") is a golf coaching academy at The Creek at Qualchan in Spokane, Washington, operated by Bo Baker Golf Academy LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through bakergolfperformance.com and our coaching programs, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information you give us

• Contact and booking details: your name, email, phone number and anything you write when you book a call, fill out a form or message a coach.

• Membership and billing details: the program you join, your session bookings and your payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

• Golf information: scores, logged rounds, practice and test results, swing videos and photos, and your coach's notes.

• Email sign-ups: your name and email when you download a free practice plan or join a waitlist.

• Junior players: details a parent or guardian gives us when registering a player (see section 7).

3. Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, Squarespace (our website platform) and Google Analytics collect standard information such as your device and browser type, the pages you view, and the site that sent you to us. They use cookies and similar technologies to do this.

We also use the Meta pixel, which records visits to our site so we can measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show them to people who may be interested.

You can limit cookies with our cookie banner and your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

4. How we use it

• To schedule your sessions, run your membership and take payments.

• To coach you: track your scores and progress, review your video and build your practice plans.

• To answer your questions and send booking confirmations, reminders and schedule changes.

• To send emails you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

• To understand how people use our site and improve it and our advertising.

• To meet our legal, tax and safety obligations.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with:

• Our coaches, who need it to coach you.

• Service providers that run parts of our business for us: website hosting (Squarespace), scheduling, billing and text reminders (Acuity Scheduling and our payment processor), email (Kit), site analytics and advertising (Google Analytics and Meta), coaching and video apps (such as OnForm and Operation 36), and Google Workspace for records and progress reports. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.

• Golf programs and events you sign up for through us, such as PGA Jr. League, so you can be registered.

• Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect someone's safety.

6. Photos and video

Coaches film swings and sessions to help players improve. That video stays with your coaching team and in our coaching apps. We only use photos or video of you or your child in our marketing (our website, social media or ads) with your permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.

7. Junior players

Our junior programs are for players age 7 and up. We collect information about junior players from their parent or guardian: the player's name, age, playing level, and parent and emergency contact details. Parents receive progress updates about their player.

Our website is meant for adults and parents, and we don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your bookings and schedule changes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We never share your mobile number for anyone else's marketing.

9. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you're a client and for a reasonable time afterward, so we can answer questions about past sessions and meet tax and record-keeping rules. After that we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

10. Keeping it safe

We use established providers to store your information and limit access to the coaches and staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

11. Your choices

• Unsubscribe from our emails with the link at the bottom of any email.

• Ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you or your child.

• Withdraw permission to use photos or video in our marketing.

• Block or delete cookies in your browser and through our cookie banner.

To make a request, email bo@bakergolfperformance.com. We'll reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some records, such as payment history, where the law requires it.

12. Other websites

Our site links to other services, such as our online scheduler and the pages where you download free practice plans. Those services have their own privacy policies, which apply when you use them.

13. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change is significant, we'll also let current clients know by email.
